- Avocado Appetizer

- 2 avocados
- 2 tbsp gr chilies, diced
- 2 cups jack cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp onion, diced
- 3/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 4 flour tortillas
- butter, melted
- Directions
- Combine avocados, chilies, cheese, onion and bacon, mixing well. Divide mixture in fourths, and spread mixture on each tortilla leaving ¼â edge. Fold each tortilla in half and crimp edges. Brush large skillet and tortillas with melted butter. Fry until golden brown or until cheese melts. Cut into 4 wedges and serve immediately.
