Baked Ham and Egg Casserole
Provided by:

Ingredients:
- 4 Tbsp Butter or Margarine
- 4 Tbsp Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 2 cups Milk
- 1/3 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp Bell pepper, chopped
- 4 Hard boiled eggs, sliced
- 2 cups Bread crumbs
- 1 cup Ham, cubed
Directions:
Melt butter in sauce pan. Add salt, flour and paprika. Slowly pour in milk. Stir constantly until thickened. Add cheese and green bell pepper to taste.
Arrange cooked eggs and ham in a greased shallow baking dish - cover with sauce, sprinkle bread crumbs on top and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until crumbs are browned.
