Black Bean & Goat Burger Chili

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespo Olive Oil
- 1 pound ground goat burger or goat stew meat cut into small chunks
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 (28-ounc whole tomatoes with juice, crushed
- 2 (15 or 1 black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (4 ounce diced green chilies (more if you want them!!!)
- 1 tablespo instant chicken bouillon
- 1/4 teaspo garlic powder or pickled garlic to taste
- 1 teaspoon cumin
Directions:
In a dutch oven, brown the goat meat in olive oil. Add the tomatoes, onions, chilies, bouillon and all the spices stirring well. Heat to boiling, stirring often. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with cornbread and enjoy!
