Chili Egg Puff

Ingredients:
- 5 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 8 oz Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 lb Shredded Cheese
- 4 oz can Diced Green Chilies
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Directions:
Beat eggs until light. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Put mixture into a lightly greased 8x8 pan or small baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until set. This is good right out of the oven or warmed over the next day.
