Classic Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tbl Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Chopped Nuts
- 1 cup Mashed Bananas (about 3 ripe)
Directions:
Measure and mix all ingredients.
Grease and Flour two 8” x 4” pans.
Bake 350* for 60 minutes (until toothpick comes clean)
Serve warm with lots of butter!
