Desert Chicken Salad

Cheri's Desert Harvest in Tucson
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Chicken, cooked and cubed
- 1/4 cup Raisins
- 2 slices Pineapple, chopped
- 1/4 cup Plain yogurt or mayo
- 1/4 cup Cheri's Sunny Citrus Syrup
- sliced fruit for garnish
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Chill. Place on a bed of lettuce with fresh fruit as a garnish.
