Dream Date Shake

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup fresh Medjool Dates
- 1 1/4 cup fresh milk
- 1 pint favorite ice cream or frozen yogurt
Directions:
Put dates and 1/2 the milk in blender on high speed. Blend until smooth. Add remaining milk and ice cream. Blend at low speed to keep thicker consistency until mixed. Serve immediately in chilled glasses.
