Garlic Cheese Fingers

Ingredients:
- Bread
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan or Romano Cheese
Directions:
Dry bread is the best to use. Trim the crusts from 4 slices of bread and cut each into 4 strips or fingers. Crush 1 clove of garlic and heat on low with 1 cube of butter or margarine for 1 minute. Discard garlic and brush bread sticks on all side with the mixture. Roll bread fingers in 1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese and set on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until nicely browned. Extras may be frozen for later use.
