Melon-Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Dash Freshly Ground Pepper
3 Medium Cucumbers, Thinly Sliced
6 Cups Arizona Honeydew, Cantaloupe and Watermelon
1 bag Crisp Salad Greens

Directions:

Cut honeydew, cantaloupe and watermelon in 3/4 inch pieces. Mix oil, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper. Toss cucumber slices, melon and oil mixture in bowl; chill. Serve on salad greens.
