Mexican Cole Slaw

Ingredients:
- 1 med head cabbage
- 2 tbsp bell pepper, chopped
- 2 shakes celery seed
- 1 sm can pimientos, chopped
- 1/2 cup gr onions, chopped
- 2 tsp hot chilie sauce
- 2 shakes dill
- 2/3 cup salad oil
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- salt to taste
Directions:
For cabbage mixture, mix cabbage, bell peppers, celery seed, pimientos, green onions, hot chili sauce and dill. Set aside.
For dressing, mix salad oil, garlic powder, vinegar, sugar, and salt and bring to a bowl. Pour immediately over cabbage mixture. Prepare 3 to 4 days before serving.
