Okra & Tomatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 Slices Bacon
- 1 pound Okra, sliced into wheels
- 1 small Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 2 Celery Stalks, Chopped
- 1 (14.5 ounces) Can Stewed Tomatoes
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions:
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside. Remove bacon from pan and saute okra, onion, pepper and celery until tender. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper and cook until well blended. Garnish with crumbled bacon, if desired.
