- 6 to 8 Med. sized potatoes, quartered
- 1 to 2 lg onions, sliced
- 3 to 5 carrots, cubed
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/3 Tsp black pepper
- 5 lbs chicken, skin removed, quarters, legs or thighs
- 1 sm onion, chopped
- 3/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Tsp Whole cloves
- 2 Tsp garlic salt
- 1 Tbs chopped fresh oregano
- 1 Tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 Cup lemon juice
- Directions
- Mix potatoes, sliced onions, carrots, 1 teaspoon garlic salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper in a slow cooker. Rinse and pat chicken dry. in a bowl, mix together chopped onions, pepper, cloves, and garlic salt. dredge chicken in seasonings. place in the slow cooker over veggies. In a small bowl, mix together oregano, rosemary, and lemon juice. Pour over chicken. Cover. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.

Easy Granola Berry Crisp
Heat oven to 350ºF.
In a bowl, combine flour and butter. Using a fork, cut butter into flour until crumbly. Add granola and mix until well-combined. Set aside.
In another large bowl, combine ingredients for berry mixture and mix until well-combined. Pour berry mixture into a 9 x 12 baking pan and cover with granola topping. Bake for 45 minutes.
Serve warm alone or with ice cream.
