Orange Couscous
Provided by:
Southwest Family Citrus and Spenar Family
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Fresh Orange juice
- 1/2 Cup Chopped sweet red or green bell peppers
- 1 Tsp sesame oil
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 2/3 Cup Couscous
- 1 Orange
- 3 Tbs Chopped green onions
Directions:
Combine orange juice, red peppers, sesame oil and salt in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and stir in couscous. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir with a fork to fluff up. Stir in orange pieces and green onions. Makes 3 ( 1-cup) servings.
