Pennee’s Fresh Cucumber Delight
Provided by:
Pennee Murphree, former cotton, wheat and alfalfa farmer
Ingredients:
- 1 to 2 Fresh Cucumbers, sliced
- 1 whole Onion, white, sliced
- White Vinegar
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to Taste
- Sprinkle White Sugar (Optional)
Directions:
Slice the cucumbers and onions up and place in container or bowl. Pour the vinegar over until the vegetables are completely covered. Add Salt and Pepper to taste and chill. If you want it less tart, add a little sugar to taste.
