Pumpkin Apple Bread

Ingredients:

3 Cups Flour
2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
3 Cups Sugar
1 15ounce Can Pumpkin (not pumpkin-pie filling)
4 Eggs
1 Cup Oil
1/2 Cup Water
2 Apples, peeled and chopped

Directions:

Combine flour, cinamon, soda, salt and set aside. Mix together sugar and pumpkin. Add eggs, oil and water. Add dry ingredients. Fold in apples. Bake in greased bread pans at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until a wooden toothpick comes out clean. Makes 2 loaves.
