Rainbow Chard, White Beans and Bacon Salad

Ingredients:
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 bunch rainbow chard, rinsed and chopped
Directions:
Cook bacon until crispy, remove from skillet and drain. Cook diced inions until they start to carmalize. Add the white beans and the rainbow chard and continue cooking until chard is wilted. Dice bacon and add to the top just before serving.
