Rose Dollefeld’s Liptauer cheese spreade

Ingredients:
- 2 lb cottage cheese
Directions:
1 lb chevre or cream cheese 1/2 cup fine diced onion 1TBS caraway seed 2 cloves crushed garlic 1 tsp dry mustard 1 tsp ground black pepper 1 tsp paprika 1 can anchovies 1 bottle drained capers Mix it up wait a few hours for the caraway taste to develop. Spread on crackers or toast rounds.
