Sea Fruit Salad
Provided by:
Southwest Family Citrus and Spenar Family
Ingredients:
- 1 grapefruit, peeled and sectioned into segments
- 2 whole green onions, cut into 2-inch lengths and slivered
- 1/4 lb fresh bean sprouts, washed and drained
- 1 lg tomato, halved, seeded and diced
- 8 oz fresh or frozen crab meat
- butter lettuce for serving
- snow peas and lime wedges for garnish
Directions:
Combine grapefruit, onions, bean sprouts, tomato and crab in a bowl. Toss lightly, cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Place 2 lettuce leaves on 4 salad plates and spoon mixture on. Garnish with snow peas and a wedge of lime.
