Italian Pot Roast and Spaghetti
Trim excess fat from roast. Brown roast in oil in heavy skillet or Dutch oven.
Combine tomato sauce, tomatoes and tomato paste. Mix with onion, garlic, and seasonings. Pour over meat. Simmer covered for 2 ½ or 3 hours, until meat is tender.
Serve meat and sauce over hot cooked spaghetti.
