Super Green Mango Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1.5 cups frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen spinach
- 1 apple
- 2 cups coconut water
- 3 pitted medjool dates
- 4 Tbs plant-based protein
- (optional garnish): granola and fresh fruits
Directions:
1. In a high-speed blender add all ingredients except for the toppings.
2. Blend until smooth and consistent.
3. Transfer into a bowl and garnish. Enjoy! *While Medjool dates are high in natural sugars, they are low on the glycemic index thanks to a balanced amount of soluble fiber. The complex carbohydrates found in Medjool dates are digested at a slower rate, making them a source of dietary fiber and releasing energy to the body over a longer period of time.
