Tomato Gravy

Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp Green Pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp Margarine, oil or butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 1 can Tomato Sauce
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Basil, dryed
- 1/4 cup Water
Directions:
Cook onion and green pepper in margarine, oil or butter until soft in a large skillet. Stir flour into onion mixture until well mixed. Add tomato sauce, black pepper, basil and water. Cook and stir slightly until thickened. Serve over meatloaf, pasta, rice or scrambled eggs.
