Cream of Cauliflower Soup
Cook cauliflower in boiling water until tender. Remove cauliflower and puree in an electric blender. Add to the hot milk. Saute the onion in butter until yellow, not brown. Add flour, seasonings and cauliflower mixture. Cook until thick. Add egg yolk and cheese, whipping briskly. Sprinkle with sausage just before serving.
