- 3/4 cups italian dressing
- 1 tps worecestershire sauce
- Directions
- Place all ingredients in a self-sealing bag; seal bag and place in refrigerator for at least 20 minutes (or as long as overnight). Remove chops from bag, discarding marinade, and grill over a medium-hot fire, turning once, until just done, about 8 to 11 minutes total cooking time, until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 160 degrees F. Serves 4. * Or use a reduced-fat Italian dressing

Elegant artichoke brunch: Eggs Sardou
Trim stems and tips of artichokes. Place in glass bowl, and cover bowl with microwavable plastic wrap. Add water 1/3 way up. Microwave 45-55 minutes until done, when a knife inserts in side of artichoke easily. Cool. Scrape out choke.
Microwave spinach 6 minutes or follow package directions. Drain thoroughly.
Prepare Hollandaise according to directions, using milk for liquid.
Scramble eggs.
Mix ¼ cup Hollandaise sauce with spinach. Divide equally between artichokes. Top with scrambled egg, and serve with rest of sauce.
