- Grapefruit Turkey Salad
- 2 grapfruits
- 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 3 cups cooked turkey, diced
- 1 cup seedless grapes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp curry
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Combine turkey, grapes, and salt. Add sectioned, peeled grapefruit. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Combine curry and mayonnaise. Add to turkey mixture and toss to coat evenly. Serve on lettuce.
