Carrot Bread

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup flour
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Bake in greased bread pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
