Cucumber Sandwiches
Provided by:
Verna Cooper, Cotton, Wheat and alfalfa farmer from Casa Grande
Ingredients:
- 1 Cucumber
- 1/4 Cup Onion
- 1 to 8 Ounce Package Cream Cheese
- 2 to 3 Dashs Tobasco
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1 Drop Green Food Coloring
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Teaspoon Worchestshire Sauce
- 1/2 Lemon
Directions:
Chop cucumber and onion in equal size pieces, draining juices. Mix together with other ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Serve on red or green party bread.
