Grandma Nell Hickman’s Christmas Pie

Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Confectioners Sugar
- 1.5 Cups Crisco
- 2 Large or Extra Large Eggs
- 1 Cup Diced Pecans
- 3 Diced Bananas
- 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
- Dash of Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Directions:
Prebaked 9-inch pie crust -- cooled.
In medium bowl, dice 3 bananas and fold into lemon juice. Set aside.
Make sure bananas are soaked into lemon juice. In mixing bowl on medium speed cream Crisco and eggs and vanilla, while adding powdered sugar, takes about 5 minutes to incorporate all sugar and reach frosting look. Fold in bananas and pecans and pour batter into baked pie crust.
Place in fridge for minimum of four hours before serving.
