Today, 66 percent of beef cuts sold at retail are lean (when trimmed and cooked). Lean beef cuts have less than 10 grams of total fat. Beef consumption contributes protein, iron, and B vitamins. Our Arizona beef is some of the tastiest around.

March is National Nutrition and Fresh Celery Month. Arizona Agriculture is all about celery and nutrition since we grow plenty of this crisp veggie and a rainbow of colorful vegetables year-round. Arizona plants and harvests every month of the year!
