and I may celebrate our Arizona climate, especially after the weather begins to cool down. But our Arizona crops in summer love our high temperatures as they make their final growth push before harvest time this fall. Arizona cotton is one example.

During your lifetime, you’ll eat about 60,000 pounds of food, that’s the weight of about 6 elephants! But I’d stick to eating Arizona’s quality beef and pork. Both are quality protein meats we raise here in our state.

Other countries’ agricultural water use is at 75% to 80%. Proof that water use for Ag is critical.
