- 2 Teaspoons Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 (7-inch) Prebaked Pizza Crust
- 2 Tablespoon Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Diced Broccoli
- 1/4 Cup Finely Diced Cauliflower
- 1/4 Cup Diced Carrots
- 1/4 Cup Diced Green & Red Peppers
- 1/4 Cup Diced Red Radishes
- 1/4 Cup Diced Zucchini
- 1/4 Cup Sliced Cherry Tomatoes
- Directions
- Mix the sour cream and ranch dressing in a bowl and spread on the baked pizza crust. Then sprinkle all of the raw vegetables on top. Slice and serve Vegetable Pizza is a great way to get kids to eat a variety of raw vegetables.

Medjool Date No Bake Mint Brownies
Brownies
1. In a food processor add almonds and walnuts and process until they are finely ground. Transfer to bowl and set aside.
2. Add Medjool dates and warm water to the food processor and blend until small bits remain - if too dry add a little more warm water. Add almond and walnut mixture and process with remaining ingredients. Stopping to scrape ingredients down. Remove blade and mix the remaining 1/2 cup roughly chopped walnuts by hand.
3. Transfer mixture to a parchment lined 8x8 dish and gently press to flatten. Rose places a piece of plastic wrap like Saran Wrap over mixture before pressing to flatten. Chill for 15 minutes before frosting.
Ganache Frosting
1. Add pitted Medjool dates and boiling water to the food processor and blend until the dates form a paste.
2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
3. Spread over chilled brownies.
