Apple Bacon Slaw

Ingredients:
- 1/2 head cabbage
- 3 apples, diced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 slices bacon, crumbled
Directions:
Toss apple slices in lemon juice. Add brown sugar and dry mustard. Combine with cabbage and apples.
