Apple Pear Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 medium Apples, sliced
- 2 medium Pears, sliced
- 1 medium Celery stalk, sliced diagonally
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
Directions:
In a tightly covered container, shake together lemon juice, honey, salt, and pumpkin-pie spice. Pour dressing over fruit mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve on lettuce leaves.
