Arizona Quiche

Ingredients:
- 1, 9 inch pie shell
- 1 pound ba strips cooked, crisp, crumbled bacon
- 1 cup jack cheese
- 1, 4 oz. can green chiles
- 1, 13 oz. can evaporated milk
- 3 thin-sliced green onions
- 4 eggs, room temp
Directions:
Sprinkle bacon, cheese, onion and chiles over bottom of the baked pie shell. Reserve some bacon, onion and chile for topping. Heat evaporated milk in measuring cup on high 2 1/2 to 3 minutes, or until hot. Pour hot liquid into egg mixture, stir well. Pour carefully into the pie crust. Sprinkle reserve bacon bits, onion and chiles over top. Cook on high for 7 minutes, until it appears barely set in center (like pudding). Allow to stand 10 minutes before serving.
