Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

2 - 8 oz c artichoke hearts, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:

Mix all ingredients reserving ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese. Spread in pie pan or serving dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Broil until lightly-browned. Serve with assorted crackers.
