- 1 head iceberg lettuce, washed and torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1 head red leaf lettuce, washed and torn into bite sized pieces
- 1 lb ground beef, browned with salt and pepper
- 15-oz. can drained red kidney beans
- 1 small can sliced black olives
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- 4-oz grated Mexican blend cheese
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 cup nacho-flavored Doritos chips, crunched into small pieces
- Salad Dressing Ole:
- 1 cup salad oil (canola or vegetable)
- 2/3 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- juice from one lemon
- 2 tsp chili powder
- Directions
- Arrange salad in the order given. Mix all ingredients in a jar, shake and let stand overnight.
