- Citrus Honey Green Tea

- 2 Tsp Boiling water
- 2 Tsp Green tea powder
- A few Lipton green tea bags
- 3/4 Cup Hot water
- 1/2 Cup Fresh grapefruit juice
- 3 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tsp Honey
- A few pieces Lemon zest, cut thin
- Directions
- Put lemon zest into a large cup or mug. Cover with 2 teaspoons boiling water and let steep for about 3 minutes. Stir in the green tea powder and hot water. Add the grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and honey. Mix well and serve.

Mix all together and enjoy!!
Helen Corbitt's Poppy Seed Dressing
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp onion juice
2 tsp dry mustard
2 c. canola oil
2 tsp salt
3 Tbsp poppy seeds
2/3 c. vinegar
Mix sugar, salt and vinegar. Add onion juice. Add oil , slowly stirring constantly. Beat until thick.
Add poppy seeds and mix for a few minutes.
Store in cool place or refrigerator. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
Notes: Use blender or mixer to blend. Grate a large onion on the fine scale of a grater for juice.
This dressing is good with any fruit salad but especially with carrots!!
