Lemon Pasta
  • 1 1/12 Cup Light Cream
  • 1 lb. Linguine
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 6 Grated rind of Lemons
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Freshly ground black pepper
Simmer cream over low heat 10 minutes. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and return to the pot. Over low heat, stir in the butter, lemon juice, lemon rind, cheese, and warm cream. Mix thoroughly. Pepper to taste. Makes 6 servings.
