Pork Roast with Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 4 lbs Pork Boneless Shoulder Roast
- 4 Potatoes
- 2 Yellow Onions
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 3/4 cup Water
- Poultry Seasoning
- Ground Pepper
Directions:
Place roast in a crock pot, sprinkle pepper and poultry seasoning (as desired). Evenly distribute potatoes and onions around the roast. Add water and bay leaf. Cook on low for 8-9 minutes.
