- Tarragon Dressing
- 1 cup salad oil
- grated peel of 1 fresh lemon
- juice of 2 fresh lemons
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
- 1/2 tsp onion salt
- 1/2 tsp dried tarragon leaves, crushed
- In a jar, combine all ingredients. Shake and chill in the refrigerator. Shake again before serving.
