- Arizona Quiche

- 1, 9 inch pie shell
- 1 pound ba strips cooked, crisp, crumbled bacon
- 1 cup jack cheese
- 1, 4 oz. can green chiles
- 1, 13 oz. can evaporated milk
- 3 thin-sliced green onions
- 4 eggs, room temp
- Directions
- Sprinkle bacon, cheese, onion and chiles over bottom of the baked pie shell. Reserve some bacon, onion and chile for topping. Heat evaporated milk in measuring cup on high 2 1/2 to 3 minutes, or until hot. Pour hot liquid into egg mixture, stir well. Pour carefully into the pie crust. Sprinkle reserve bacon bits, onion and chiles over top. Cook on high for 7 minutes, until it appears barely set in center (like pudding). Allow to stand 10 minutes before serving.

Medjool Date Chocolate Tahini Bites
Open the Medjool date lengthwise and fill each date with 1/2 to 1 teaspoon tahini. Close each date and place in the freezer for about an hour.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler on the lowest setting. When the chocolate has almost completely melted, remove from heat and gently stir.
Remove dates from freezer. Using a slotted spoon or dipping tools, dip the dates one at a time in the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper. Before the chocolate sets, top with bright green pistachios and a pinch of flake salt.
