Zucchini & Squash Spice Cake

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Flour
- 4 cups Zucchini & Squash, grated
- 1 cup Nuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup Oil (Vegetable, Olive, Grape Seed or Butter)
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/3 cup Water
- 3 Eggs
- 2 tsp Mesquite Flour
- 1 tsp each Salt, Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg, Vanilla
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well and place in a greased 13x9 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
