- 2 Cups Packaged biscuit mix (Bisquick)
- 2/3 Cup Milk
- 1 Pound Ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. Melted butter
- 3 Tbsp. Ketchup
- 2 Tsp. Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Onion, minced
- 1/2 Cup Celery, chopped
- 1 Can Cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 Can Milk
- Directions
- Mix together Bisquick and milk. Roll dough to 14-inch square. Crumble beef over dough. Mix together butter, ketchup, mustard, onion, and celery. Spread over dough. Roll up jelly-roll fashion and cut into 12 slices. Place cut side up on baking sheet. Bake 15 min. at 425 degrees until golden brown. Mix the soup and milk and heat for gravy. Serve over pinwheels.

Oven Roasted Cauliflower with Turmeric and Ginger
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Whisk together the oil, mustard seeds, jalapeno, ginger, and turmeric in a small bowl. Place cauliflower in a medium baking dish and toss with the flavored oil and season with salt. Roast until lightly golden brown and just tender, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot.
