Hamburger, Broccoli, and Rice Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 Pound Ground beef
- 1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
- 1 Cup Rice, cooked
- 1 Small box Broccoli, cut up
- 1 Can Cream of mushroom soup
- Salt
- Pepper
- Slices of American cheese
Directions:
Sauté beef and onions. Cook broccoli just until fork tender Mix together broccoli, rice, and soup. In a 2 or 3 quart casserole, spread beef-onion mix. Top with slices of cheese. Spread with broccoli-rice mixture. Top with more sliced cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and cheese is melted. I think this could be a great meatless dish using tuna instead of hamburger.
