Albondigas
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 Cup Rice
  • 2 Tbsp Oregano
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 Tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1 Lb lean ground beef
  • 3 stalks celery sliced
  • handful dices tomatoes drained
  • 1 tbsp rice
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
Directions
Heat water to boiling. mix rice with spices. mix egg, rice mixture, and ground beef. Use Tbsp or cookie scoop to make meatballs. Drop into boiling water. Bring back to a boil and then simmer for an hour. Add celery, tomatoes, rice, and oregano. Simmer for another 30 minutes.
