- Zucchini & Squash Spice Cake

- 2 cups Flour
- 4 cups Zucchini & Squash, grated
- 1 cup Nuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup Oil (Vegetable, Olive, Grape Seed or Butter)
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/3 cup Water
- 3 Eggs
- 2 tsp Mesquite Flour
- 1 tsp each Salt, Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg, Vanilla
- Directions
- Mix all ingredients well and place in a greased 13x9 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

Deanna's Sour Cream Banana Cake
Cream butter, gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then add vanilla. Stir together flour, baking power, soda and salt; add to cream mixture alternating with sour cream, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Add bananas and nuts, mixing until just blended. Bake at 350 approximately 40-45 minutes in a 9 by 13 pan.
