Apples are more efficient than caffeine in keeping people awake in the morning. Our Arizona-grown apples are considered crisp and sweet because of our sunny days. Don’t forget to add Hickman eggs to that morning meal.

Arizona’s wine grape harvest recently wrapped up. Our state is host to three major wine-grape growing regions. During the holidays, it’s time to enjoy Arizona’s award-winning wines!

and I may celebrate our Arizona climate, especially after the weather begins to cool down. But our Arizona crops in summer love our high temperatures as they make their final growth push before harvest time this fall. Arizona cotton is one example.

During your lifetime, you’ll eat about 60,000 pounds of food, that’s the weight of about 6 elephants! But I’d stick to eating Arizona’s quality beef and pork. Both are quality protein meats we raise here in our state.

National Lemonade Day is August the 20^th. But let’s not wait for the official day, let’s get some fresh Arizona lemons and celebrate now until the 20^th with some fresh squeezed lemonade. Arizona citrus is one of the state’s five C’s, a good source of vitamin C.
