Zucchini Skillet Dinner

6 Cups Fresh Zucchini Squash, Sliced
1 Chopped Onion
1 Can Tomato Sauce
1 1/2 Cups Fresh Diced Tomatoes (optional)
2 Teaspoons Sugar (or, to taste)
1 Pound Ground Beef (optional)

Directions

You can add browned ground beef and use canned or fresh tomatoes instead of tomato sauce. Saute onion and zucchini, add tomato sauce and sugar. Stir until all is mixed then boil until some of the liquid boils out. Add salt and pepper to Taste. Top with grated cheese
