The holidays are over and the New Year is here.  This is a time for new beginnings and healthy habits.  We encourage you to make a habit of showing locally for your produce, meat, and dairy products.  Sourcing food locally allows you to get the freshest possible food, to support the efforts of local farmers and ranchers, and to eat foods that are in season.  To help you create or continue this habit, here is a list of what is in season in January and some great ideas for using these locally grown ingredients to fill your plate with fabulous, fresh food.
